Question 1

How quickly will I get a response?

Accepted Answer

Our team aims to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. We typically reply much faster during peak hours (9 AM – 6 PM GMT). For urgent matters, you can call us directly or use the booking form to schedule a session immediately. Weekend enquiries are addressed first thing Monday morning.

Question 2

Do you offer a free consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a free 30-minute introductory session for all new students so you can meet your tutor and discuss learning goals before committing. This session helps us understand your child's strengths, areas for improvement, and preferred learning style. There is absolutely no obligation after the consultation — it's simply a chance to see if we're the right fit.

Question 3

What curriculum areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We specialise in IB, A-Level, GCSE, IGCSE, AP, SAT, ACT, and other international curricula. Our tutors cover subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Economics, Business Studies, and more. Whether your child is preparing for exams or needs ongoing support, we match them with a tutor who has deep expertise in their specific curriculum and exam board.

Question 4

Can I request a specific tutor?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. If you have a tutor in mind, let us know in your message or booking request and we'll do our best to match you. We can also recommend tutors based on your child's subject, level, learning style, and schedule preferences. Our matching process considers personality fit alongside academic expertise to ensure the best possible learning partnership.

Question 5

What are your tutoring rates?

Accepted Answer

Rates vary depending on the subject, level, and tutor experience. Contact us for a personalised quote — there's no obligation. We offer flexible packages including pay-as-you-go sessions, weekly bundles, and exam preparation intensives. All packages include session notes, progress tracking, and direct communication with your tutor.

Question 6

How do online tutoring sessions work?

Accepted Answer

Our sessions take place on a secure, interactive online platform with video, audio, screen-sharing, and a digital whiteboard. Students and tutors can collaborate in real time, annotate documents, and work through problems together just as they would in person. All you need is a laptop or tablet with a stable internet connection.

Question 7

What happens after I submit the contact form?

Accepted Answer

Once you submit the form, our team reviews your enquiry and matches you with the most suitable tutor based on subject, level, and availability. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away, followed by a detailed response within 24 hours. If you've requested a free consultation, we'll include available time slots for your introductory session.

Question 8

Can I change my tutor if it's not a good fit?

Accepted Answer

Of course. We understand that the right tutor-student relationship is essential for effective learning. If you feel the match isn't working, simply let us know and we'll arrange a new tutor at no extra cost. We want every student to feel comfortable, motivated, and supported in their learning journey.

Question 9

Do you offer group tutoring sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer small-group sessions (2–4 students) for select subjects at a reduced rate per student. Group sessions work particularly well for exam revision, study groups, and siblings studying the same subject. Contact us to discuss group options and pricing tailored to your needs.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely and you'll receive a receipt for every transaction. We offer flexible billing options including per-session payments and monthly invoicing for regular bookings.
