How are tutors vetted?

Every Roots Tutor Services tutor goes through a rigorous selection process. We verify academic qualifications, check relevant teaching or tutoring experience, conduct a live teaching demonstration, and run an enhanced DBS (or international equivalent) background check. Only around 15% of applicants are accepted, ensuring your child learns from the very best.

Can I change my tutor?

Absolutely. We understand that the right tutor-student fit is essential for effective learning. If you feel the match isn't working, simply contact our team and we will pair your child with a different tutor at no extra cost. We want every student to feel comfortable and motivated in their lessons.

How do I book a session?

Booking is easy. Fill out our online booking form with your child's subject, level, and preferred schedule. Our team will match you with a suitable tutor within 24 hours and arrange a free introductory consultation so you can discuss goals and expectations before committing. You can also call or email us directly if you prefer a more personal touch.
